Immediately click on their invitation in your back office; it will flip over and expose the promo code. Give tit to them while you have them on the phone (or FB chat) and wait while they put it in and accept the NDA.
Once they are in, direct them to watch the videos in the back office.
Rinse and Repeat. Show me the connection!

If you have any invitations in your back office, make sure all are red before you go to bed every night. That means they are “pending.”
In the day time, talk to people...when they agree to accept your invitation, tell them they have 5 or 10 minutes to accept it (process takes 2-3) if they are unable to stay on phone/chat.
